Each product is created in small batches to ensure purity, freshness, and exceptional quality.
To maintain the safety of our customers and the integrity of our formulations, please review our policy below.
1. All Sales Are Final (For Safety & Hygiene)
Glowvana products are handcrafted and made with natural ingredients. To protect product integrity and ensure every customer receives skincare that is fresh, untouched, and safe:
All sales are final once shipped.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or delivered products.
This protects the quality of our small-batch creations and keeps everyone safe.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective, or
- with the wrong item,
we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

✔ A photo of the product(s)
✔ A brief description of the issue

3. Refunds (If Approved)
If your request qualifies for a refund, it will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once your order enters our batching and packaging process, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
Glowvana cannot provide refunds for packages stolen after delivery.
We recommend contacting your carrier to file a claim.
We are always happy to guide you through the process.
6. Allergies & Sensitivities
Our products are made with botanicals, herbs, and natural oils.
Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
Because every skin type is unique, Glowvana cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
If you need help choosing the right formula for your skin, our team is here to support you.
7. Customized or Special-Order Products
Items blended uniquely for you — including custom butters, serums, soaps, and scent blends — are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
